TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please be advised we hold liability Insurance and can provide a copy if a venue requests one

REFLECT EVENTZ TERMS AND CONDITION

 

  • $150.00 non-refundable deposit required upon booking to secure your date.

  • Balance Remaining due 14 days before event booked.

  • $200.00 bond to be paid along with remaining balance, bond will be reimbursed if props and equipment are looked after and not damaged.

  • Any props missing or broken will be deducted from bond, we will notify you if we have to.

  • Adult supervision needed for children under 10years old to operate machine at all times.

  • Vendor Meal be provided for our photobooth attendant the night of the event

  • Cancellation within 14 days of the event is not refunded unless due to covid. All payments will be refunded Including deposit or book for another date if available.

  • Outdoor events or stair access will have to be confirmed before the event, as we cannot cater to all events. direct sunlight can be hard to see the screen.

  • Any disrespect towards equipment or Reflect Eventz staff cannot be tolerated and we may close off the area.
